Terms of Service

Effective date: March 30, 2026 URL: https://www.timber.to/terms-of-service.html

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Timberly, including the website, hosted application, AI-assisted workflows, and related operational messaging channels.

1. Service

Timberly provides software and AI-assisted workflows for sawmill operations, including intake, production tracking, stock visibility, dispatch support, analytics, and messaging-based data capture.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You may use the service only if you are legally able to enter into these terms and, if acting for a company or organization, you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account, operational, and contact information.
  • Use the service in compliance with applicable law and third-party platform rules.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of credentials and control who can access your workspace.
  • Review operational actions and reports before relying on them for critical business decisions.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to:

  • violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • send spam, malicious content, or unauthorized bulk communications
  • attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the platform
  • upload content you do not have the right to use

5. AI-Assisted Features

Timberly may generate summaries, classifications, recommendations, and structured operational records from user-submitted messages and media. AI-assisted outputs can be imperfect, so users remain responsible for validating important operational decisions.

6. Third-Party Services

The service may depend on third-party providers such as hosting vendors, analytics vendors, and communications platforms including WhatsApp and Meta. Your use of those third-party services may also be governed by their terms and policies.

7. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We aim to operate the service reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Timberly disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Timberly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access presents security or operational risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Contact
