• Operational content submitted through the service, including text messages, voice notes, photos, files, and derived structured records.
• Business data such as production events, stock movements, order updates, dispatch information, and shift activity.

• Provide, maintain, and secure the Timberly service.
• Process WhatsApp and other inbound messages into operational records and workflows.
• Generate dashboards, analytics, traceability records, alerts, and AI-assisted responses.

• Monitor performance, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and improve product quality.
